By accessing and using WalkUp Hero ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
WalkUp Hero is a web-based application that allows users to manage walk-up music for sports teams. The Service provides features including team management, player roster management, music selection, and playback controls.
Free Trial: All paid subscription plans include a 7-day free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually. Payment is processed through our payment provider, Polar. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees.If you experience issues with the Service, please contact us at dave@walkuphero.comand we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include extending your subscription period at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Craftingbase, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Apple Music, Spotify, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALKUP HERO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Craftingbase, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
